Singtel launched a phone leasing program called "Singtel Mobile Leasing" that allows the customer to upgrade to a new handset after a year, it also lets customers save more while getting a different handset each year.
The Idea:
We capture the consumer behavior of desiring to seek out new experiences because new things make us human feel good. It's part of the brain's natural, the new phone has everything you want. It smells/looks/feels wonderful. Dramatically, it will change the way you live your life.
In the videos, we show a series of scenes that depict the quirky things that people do compulsively whenever they get a new phone. From inhaling the smell of the phone to slipping the cover off the box repeatedly; from peeling the protective film back and then sticking it back down again, to wiping the screen constantly for a spotless reflection.
